Here we are, ladies and Gentlemen...My Top 3. I never thought we'd make it. But we have. And oh boy, are my final three Shockers. But, before I get TOO ahead of myself....Cue the Video, for my #3.

Number 3 - The War Doctor

Yep. Higher than 10. Higher than 11. Higher than even some of the more beloved Doctors, like 4 and 7....The War Doctor is my third Favorite Doctor. And how could I not place him this high, Engines of War was a BRILLIANT novel. And Cinder was a Brilliant companion for him, I feel so sad, and happy, for her at the same time. However, I see War here, unlike some people, as a Doctor who wants to keep his spirits high, and wants to still be himself. I think that's why he didn't go War crazy like Rassilon and, in my mind, Omega. Was because he had his morals still, and he knew he had to protect worlds from the war. Earth, I can see in the Time war, as a Protected world, by the War Doctor and UNIT. Timelords and Daleks alike try to get on Earth, but fail due to the Protection of the Doctor.

I love this Doctor. He is the most mysterious, but my word, is he a fantastic Doctor. He's won me over with Engines of War. If I hadn't read that book, I'm telling you, 9 would have this place, with him right behind. But with Engines of war....Fantastic. Utterly, fantastic. War Doctor, you may not be as well known, and you may think you are hated....but we care for you. We care.

My Number 2 is a bit Ironic, but I feel he deserves this spot, just because he is a truly hilarious Doctor.

now you know how all the 8th Doc fans felt when everyone was saying he wasn't a real doctor or wasn't a Doctor at all cuz he had one ( now two ) onscreen appearances, but I did my little ramble on him ( highly underrated Doctor ) but I haven't read Engines of War, and I frankly can't find it in any of the shops around me...but I'll take your word on it, I mean I loved him in Day of the Doctor, he was Fantastic! I dunno, I mean I think he was sort of like a Captain America in the war, like he wasn't really fighting for his planet, but for the innocent people that ended up caught in the war, which could also be why he didn't go war hungry, he didn't enjoy fighting, the Doc fro the most part is a pacifist, and even with the warrior regeneration, I think he was fighting for the people ( especially the children, since that seems his biggest concern in Day of the Doctor ) and was not fighting for power, of even for victory, rather he was defending people, he fought because he had to, not because he wanted to.
